Welcome to Media & Technology

At First Baptist Church Denbigh, the Mass Communications Ministry helps share God’s message with clarity, creativity, and excellence. Through technology and media, we amplify the church’s voice and connect people to worship, teaching, and community, both in person and online.

This ministry exists to ensure that the Good News of Jesus Christ reaches beyond the sanctuary walls. Our teams use sound, video, and digital platforms to make every service accessible, engaging, and spiritually uplifting for members and digital worshippers alike.

We tell the story of faith in motion.

The Mass Communications Ministry includes several sub-ministries that work together to support communication across all platforms:

  • Audio Ministry – ensuring clear, balanced sound for worship services, events, and recordings.
  • Video Ministry – capturing and streaming sermons and events to reach viewers around the world.
  • Social Media Ministry – managing FBCD’s online presence to share inspiration, updates, and community stories.
  • Technology Ministry – maintaining digital systems, equipment, and tools that keep the church connected and secure.

Each team plays a vital role in helping people experience the message of Christ through modern communication. Together, they create a seamless blend of worship and technology that allows everyone, whether on campus or online, to engage fully and grow spiritually.

The Mass Communications Ministry invites volunteers who have a passion for storytelling, technology, or creative media to join in sharing God’s Word in powerful and accessible ways that make a lasting impact.

A Christ-centered, multi-generational service with congregational singing, Scripture reading, practical Bible teaching, and prayer. You’ll find a welcoming atmosphere, simple ways to connect, and time to meet others before and after the service.

Friendly hosts will assist you in finding parking, answer any questions you may have, and direct you to your seating area. Families can check their children into age-appropriate ministries. A Welcome Desk provides info about groups, serving, and upcoming events.

Just yourself. If you own a Bible, bring it; if not, we provide Scripture on screens and in print. Parents might bring any essentials their children need during childcare or kids’ classes.

Wear what’s comfortable. You’ll see everything from jeans to business attire. Our focus is on worshiping Jesus together, not matching a style. Come as you are; we’re glad you’re here.

Yes. We offer accessible entrances and seating, assistance as needed, and a secure kids check-in process. Trained volunteers and clear policies help create a safe, welcoming environment for all ages.
